Landlord Reward
Refer a Landlord and receive a voucher for £250.
We are pleased to announce that we have now introduced our landlord rewards. To be eligible you and the landlord referred must meet the following conditions.
- We must sign up the Landlord to our Full Management Service
- You must contact us at time of referral and let us know it were you that recommended us
Terms & Conditions
Anyone can refer a landlord to us and you do not have to be an existing customer.
The referral must be confirmed before the Landlord contacts us and they must not be a landlord we have already had communication with at any previous time, nor can it be an existing Landlord of ours.
We must be happy to accept the landlord - As you are probably aware, we have certain standards and we reserve the right to refuse a landlord if we do not feel they are a suitable match for our company.
The reward will only be provided once the contract is fully activated - This could mean once we have moved tenants in or once we have started receiving our commission.
Landlords/Tenants or anyone else cannot refer/recommend their spouse.
Landlords referred must be in England and the managed property must be in or around London and Essex
There is no limit to how many Landlords you can refer.
If you refer a portfolio Landlord (with 4 or more properties) you will receive up to a maximum of £1000 in vouchers or cash payment via Bank Transfer (payment method at our discretion) - The Landlord being referred will still receive the one off £250 voucher or discount.
Vouchers will generally be Amazon Vouchers; however, it is at our discretion to change these vouchers at any time.
